A Good Reason to Spay and Neuter Your Pets
Here's something to think about.
Did you know that there are 10,000 human babies born every day in the U.S.? Wow, no wonder ther are so many people on the road! Well, there are 2,917 puppies and kittens born every hour in the U.S. In order for all dogs and cats to have a home, so there would be no homeless pets at all, every person in the United States would have to adopt at least 7 puppies or kittens.
Unreal. Please spay and neuter your pets and help reduce the number of homeless pets.

A natural alternative to spaying or neutering is to simply mate your pet in a responsible way. Take a look at to post a listing for your pet so that owners of a matching animal can get together with you for a possible mating. This can be especially helpful for rare breeds.
However, please be careful that you do this responsibly. If you don't have the knowledge to safely breed your animal, then it may be better to hold off and get the animal surgery. Even if it isn't natural, we need to care for our animals in a mature and responsible way.
