I am offering this to you as a courtesy to help maintain a

2) Have Dinner on Me
=================================================
It is time for a contest! And this is such an easy contest
to enter, and it will only take a few minutes of your time.
If you can send an email (of course you can) then you can
enter this contest to win $25.
Now, I could just give you cash, but that is pretty boring,
don't you think? What I have in mind is dinner on me. Sure,
you are saying to yourself, where can I eat for just $25,
and what about my family?
Well, this might not feed an entire family of four, but it
should easily cover two people. I am talking about Sweet
Tomatoes. If you have never eaten there before, let me tell
you that it is vegetarian. But it is so very good.
They offer a ton of salad, fresh pastas, breads, soups, fruits
and dessert... oh, and it is "all you can eat!" I absolutely
love this place... and I love meat! It is at Walnut and Paseo
Padre in Fremont.
Now, how do I enter, you may ask? It is easy. Just send me an
email with the birthdates of your animals. I know some of you
have just one, and some of you have more, but this is still an
easy thing to do.
I am holding the contest until July 10th, so you need to find
that information and enter as soon as possible. At 7PM on
July 10th, I will call the contest officially over, and put all
the names of the contestants in a hat (yes, in a hat) and draw
out the winner. The winner will be contacted on July 11th, and
they will receive the $25 gift card for Sweet Tomatoes.
Get your entries in now, and cross your fingers.

TAKE YOUR DOG TO WORK DAYÆ 2006 Aims to Bring
Businesses, Shelters and Pet Sitters Together for Dogsí Sake
KING, NCóOn June 23, 2006, Pet Sitters International will
host its 8th Annual Take Your Dog To Work DayÆ event. Modern
Dog magazine, Magna Hospitality Group and PETS 911 have joined
PSI in its effort to bolster pet adoptions from shelters,
humane societies and rescue groups and educate the public on
the benefits of responsible pet ownership.
Pet Sitters International, the creator of the day, is asking
businesses around the world to allow employees to bring their
well-mannered dogs to the office on Take Your Dog To Work Day.
The celebratory event is intended to promote the human-animal
bond by facilitating positive interactions between dogless
co-workers and their colleaguesí canine companions. However,
there is much more to this annual festival of dog than simply
celebrating manís and womanís best friend.
ìTake Your Dog To Work Day is about confronting the realities
of pet overpopulation in a positive and proactive way,î states
PSI President Patti Moran. ìPeople bringing their dogs to work
in celebration of Take Your Dog To Work Day can make a huge
difference in pet adoptions around the world.î Moranís company,
PSI, which represents approximately 7,500 independent professional
pet-sitting businesses, says developing partnerships between
businesses, animal shelters and pet-care professionals is key to
the success of the day. The educational organization is asking
participating businesses to open their doors to shelters, animal
rescues and PSI members on June 23, in addition to allowing pets.
ìAll dogs, especially those without loving caregivers, deserve
good homes,î says Moran. ìBy working together, we can make a
better day for dogs everywhere.î
Anyone desiring to learn more about TYDTWDay or how to participate
can visit PSIís Web site www.petsit.com and download one of three
free information packs. Each information pack comes with support
materials as well as helpful tips and articles designed to help
businesses, animal shelters and professional pet sitters work
together in supporting the June 23 adoption effort.
Additionally, PSI has added two new links to the TYDTWDay Web page
to help participants get the most out of their dog day. ìPETS 911
has joined our TYDTWDay effort, allowing visitors to access their
shelter pet adoption locator from the TYDTWDay home page,î says PSI
spokesman John Long. ìWe have also placed a link to PSIís Pet Sitter
Locator enabling businesses to locate available PSI volunteers to
assist with their events.î Long adds that he is expecting record
participation from businesses, animal shelters and PSI members for
this yearís event.

So get out there and get your business to participate in this day
to celebrate dogs and all animals. If you own your own business,
let your employees bring their dogs to work, and have a picnic,
while celebrating the joys of having a dog... or two, or three...
